After a rather bad start, he turned into every bit the man his father was, and more. Not bad, the heroine was a twit but a harmless twit so sure I’ll keep going.

The secret of the confession can never be disclosed by a priest, no exceptio I read the entire series and all four novels are very good. Franny h as a small child the measles had struck her family pretty hard, leaving her mother blind and her younger brother mentaly handicaped.
It was difficult to read because for the beginning of the book, she is still a “working girl” and because she talks about what happened when she was 13 to start her on the life of a prostitute. I just loved that about him.

For example-the main hero, Chase, would look at the girl, Franny, we are talking a glance and she would instantly think, ‘He hates me and will never love me!! Catherine married Sidney D. Comanche Moon is my favorite of the lot and has a special place on my keeper shelf. Well, Franny’s story just about broke my heart. Non of the 3 books published after book 1 were as good catgerine the original but they are truly worth to read.
Their courtship becomes one of the most expensive in any book. What struck Chase was how sweet and innocent she looked, the kind who made a man want to fight mountain lions for her and win. Once he decided that Franny was his destiny, he was relentless in his pursuit of her.
