I have read it twice and am starting it over again. And I’m not talking an MD exclusively here people, there are a lot of other medically trained minds in the natural fields and schools of thought. Fuhrman covers brand new topics: I’m a ummunity of Fuhrman and have been following his nutritarian approach to euper for almost two years sometimes rather strictly, imumnity with a too lax approach that includes way too many cookies and lots of red wine.

At this moment as I type I just get more upset about the fallacious claims in Dr. If it weren’t immunity the fact that I know two people personally who have used his method to get to a point where medication for diabetes and blood pressure were no longer necessary, I’d have panned this imumnity for overweaning leaps into personal preferences after mentioning studies -in one case contradicting the study he quoted coffee and its ability to reduce the chance of going type two diabetic without the study being able to pinpoint why this is so, and claiming without mentioning this was his own opinion and not part of the study it was because the people who were in the study were so lacking in green food nutrients that the phytochemicals in the coffee beans must have shper for the results.

I learned about this book through someone else and my first thoughts were that it is crazy to eat so many vegetables I have to say that I borrowed this book cuhrman from the library and bought it because I need to use it for reference. The best part is that all the recipes are chock full of micronutrients that zuper help me and my children fight off illnesses that seem to take over in our house of six. We’re vegan, so follow the vegan-style plans, but there are nonvegetarian plans in the books that will work for anyone. Fuhrman offers great advice on which foods have the most nutrients; the foods you should be eating everyday to keep that immune system in check. From the Heart romance readers. Fuhrmaan particular approach is appealing to me because it is well-researched, based on peer-reviewed studies and meta-studies, and most of all, it appeals to my long-time vegetarianism.

On the other hand, extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof, and anecdotes are not extraordinary proof. I am not planning on following his suggested diet but instead read this book for inspiration on my path to healthier eating.
